During this time, he honed his sales skills and developed a passion for helping others improve their sales performance.
In 2014, Gene founded his own sales training and consulting firm, specializing in helping companies in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Trades industries improve their sales performance. He has since worked with hundreds of companies, from small local businesses to large national corporations, to help them increase their sales, build lasting customer relationships, and grow their businesses.
